Nah we were just looking at what cars we were all getting when we get our bonuses, seeing as the MD has his brand new Range Rover Sport and another director has a brand new Discovery. Turns out a nicely specced M5 is about 88k Had to look at options for the daily, hence the Polo and Corsa. Tried to do a Lambo but they don't have a configurator

Seriously? They start at £76k here

Tbf even if I got a ridiculous bonus/pay rise I'd still keep this car. It would just be a lot more likely to have a snail hidden away

That will work, need to find a way of pointing it to a new folder that their images get uploaded to now though

Dave, that's the actual sad truth. Could buy a fairly nice house for that sort of money.

Heated seats in the M5, so you don't need the house

Do you and indeed the company find it improves work levels and similarly moral?

Definitely! There's a very relaxed atmosphere and casual tone. I've never been in a work place before where colleagues share so many personal details so comfortably. People here are incredibly familiar with each other.

From management people are expected to take a lot of responsibility for their own work and are given a lot of freedom to do so, which works out really well in the end. People here are incredibly dedicated and I'm actually one of only two out of 12 that has been here shorter than the average national span of four years.
