Rear Quarter Lexan windows! Front windows are on order due for delivery shortly from ACW motorsport plastics








cavalier fan blades also left to be repainted today so the car is sitting on GSi corsa alloys

Bit of an update built doors back up with locks and handles, started mounting bumpers and arches, painted interior floor.

I used Hammerite smooth white direct to metal paint and a decent brush. Not wanting a show interior as I intend to use the car

I meant wheel wells inside of the car But should of done inside of arches too as looks

Ok cool will have to get me self some paint just looked at them windows to there not as dear as I fault have to get them on me list what did you use to bond them in and do the old windows just pop out ? Thanks

I had a guy from a replacement window company come and take mine out then put these in. Wouldn't attempt it yourself

you'll want to get the paint off the mounting face of the wheels before you use them

Tony is brilliant - sorted me out an excellent price for a full kit and then got me to bring the car over to his trade stand for a look of them fitted when I was at Castle Combe.

Would recommend him to anyone after a proper Polycarb Window kit.

Flat, but as is it the proper material, it bends easily without any crazing of the plastic etc

cage welded in place now just need to bolt it down, tidy up welds and paint over them also fitted a sealed box for the power supply to the engine bay

Well a bit of a jump from where i was the pictures say it all though i still have some things to do,

Oil Change (Service)
Bleed the Brakes
tax/mot/insure
mount a passenger seat which i have but i need to get a subframe for it.
