Depends how well you do on S&D though. Thats what I'm playing right now but lucky if I get 1 kill a match so only lvl 8

There no code inside? I read on the COD website that anyone could download it, I had to put a code in on the code redemption screen on dashboard, no idea if you can do it without tho
