The price of a dream car shouldn't matter though.
To some, a dream car might be £10k's worth. Realistically its still a dream car when you know in your current situation you would never be able to afford to buy 1.
A dream car to me would be maybe an Audi R8 or a Lambo Gallardo. Both or which won't happen unless i get a big lottery win.
In this case, its a dream car that, going by his previous car, his line of work etc, was achievable.
I would say a dream car is something you know you probably will never own.

I'm driving my dream car, and it cost £8k
I didn't even grow up on a council estate.
In the event of a lottery win though, I'll be readjusting my dreams a bit.

nice car! Quick Q, is that snowfoam dwelling UNDERNEATH the car? Is it effective enough for degreasing/cleaning these sorts of areas?

It will be snowfoam. Won't degrease as such, but will remove the salt etc which I think was the reason for the clean.
Guessing it won't be out on the roads again this winter.
