This thread makes me want space for a "non-runner" so bad. I'd love a car to tinker with that I don't need to drive to work every day, there are some real beauties around for not a lot of money. Genuine classics which will be stunning when restored.

Haha you want a runner this one is a bitch changing sensors they've been in so long they have welded them selves in the block lol took 3 hours to get 2 fairly accessible sensors out!

Yeah I've got a pretty romantic view of what I want for a weekend hobby. I know damn well the first bolt I go to remove will be corroded to the chassis and I'll be throwing tools around all over the place in a strop

When I've been taking stuff off the Mazda I always try and tighten it a little before unwinding it, find stuff comes out MUCH easier
