Coming along nicely, can i ask how you plan to open the fuel cap? wanted to do it to the Gf's B but wasnt sure how it would work.

I used to have one on mine, you literally have to just put your nail behind the rubber seal and pull it out! Bit of a PITA really

Just a quick little update, finished semi smoothing my Gsi bumper and got it in primer







Also I fitted the banded steels with 110 on the back





I had to roll the arches out other wise it rubs like a mother





and today I put some camber on the rear aswell but these pics are only with 60s and normal steels

here's how I did the bumper, just realised I have t uploaded it



I cut out the fog light plugs if a old algia bumper







then cut a bit more of the old bumper and welded it in over the number plate recess





1st skim



I though it would be easier to build the swage up with filler than messing around with the plastic



and here it is just before primer
