because it's now big news. no one important cares about the lower leagues, but now it's premier league news, everyone must know and ask questions about it.
really annoyed me how they kept asking him despite the P.A girl and di canio himself telling them over and over that he will not answer any non football questions.

So what is the issue then? You can be a fascist in the lower leagues but not the Premiership?

They've obviously been covering this on talk sport this morning. The story has come about because of Milliband quiting over it, and bringing it to everyone's attention. Even though he wanted out anyway and decided to make himself look like the big man by claiming this was the reason.
Its all a storm in a tea cup that will be forgotten about in a couple of days. All fucking ridiculous, its like they are expecting the players to come marching out single file and give a Nazi salute at the next home game, and that there millions of fascists that are all going to suddenly support Sunderland and destroy football as we know it.
Football fans and probably most of the country doesn't give a shit about it.

I also think the fact that Martin O'Neill was a favourite of the media has had something to do with this reaction to di canio

Milliband a high ranker in Government when we instigated an illegal war...
That's being used as an excuse for the interest, the reality is no one really GAF hence the reason that is now completely forgot about today in the media's reporting. They are focussing solely on DiCanio the fascist scumbag as if it is a revelation - they are and have been fully aware of it for years. In fact there was nothing more than a corner of a backpage when he was doing the Nazi salutes.
The media in this country are scum.
