Men getting their hair washed after a cut, you'd get laughed out the door in any barbers round here, they don't even have sinks

Wouldn't expect any less up north tbh. Do they still use only scissors as theres no mains to plug the clippers in?

Is it true that down in Essex you just go in to the barbers and ask for a "Joey Essex" and get whatever hairstyle he's sporting at the time??

possibly in the ''trendier'' read: homo parts, yes. Can't say i've ever said that to my barbers though.

It's usually a no. 2 back and sides and longish on top.

Yes, as it's long on top. He does go a bit gay at that stage tbh, takes ages.

Finishes off with some american crew/d-fi putty stuff.

I've never dried my hair with a hair dryer. Ever. Towel dry and bang a bit of wax stuff in.

Or product as your hair dresser would call it

Couldn't be arsed with that. hate having my hair cut. Hairdressers are the most boring places on the earth, i'd rather goto the dentist!
