Shit protector looks good did you try vauxhall today? You could always take it into them they have master keys for all the types they sell (the ones we borrowed) not sure what they'd charge though

Right update time 9/9/13

Not loads been happening but managed to get a few bits sorted

Bought loads of cleaning goodies and been topping it up with some protection to bring back the paint work a little bit but does need a few bits painted so they will be getting done next year

Snowfoam

Some reflection/pop/cleaned pictures

Already had FK coilovers on the front but they had seized so i couldn't lower it anymore so i bought some brand new ones from George off here

As most of you know ive had a set of porsche d90's for AGESSSS but the fronts were 6j and after seeing c's with only 6's on i went off them! However stumbling across some old pictures of graemes with the 8's all round i fell back in love with them and set on trying to find some! No one was selling any seperately and i searched for ages untill a full set came up about 2 hours from me at a bargain price so i went and bought those to use the 8's from then

Had a bit of a misshap with adapters and bought some cheaper ones off ebay which came and turned out to be shit!So i got some brand new adapters made up by Superforma (thanks to Nathan for telling me about them) and bought some new bolts for them.....Shiny shiny

Had to trial fit

Poke yo

So they went off for paint and i ordered 4 new Falcon 195/40/16 tyres! Turned into a bit of an expensive week as car went into the garage for a new cv as i noticed mine had thrown grease everywhere and car needed 2 new wishbones :/ but Sean managed to get that sorted for me

Back from paint and given a couple of coats of nattys new red pastewax with carnuba

Got the tyres fitted and got them on! Took quite a bit of messing around to get the fitment right and get the car at the stance i wanted on the front and still needs a little bit more camber but will do that when the backs cambered and then it can go lower!

Before setting it up

Then Saturday the car got a good clean for trax and went to a car park and just took some quick pics (only with iphone :/)

And finally some picture (again only on iphone as didnt have camera) from Trax yesterday

Thanks for reading!

Got some genuine vaux wind deflectors today off ccuk but they arent the best so will do for now but will buy some brand new ones later!
Next up is smoke the headlights and cc and smoothing but may leave that untill next year as the bad weather is fast approaching :/

Chris

Looked awesome the other day mate, couldn't stop looking at it. Very clean, subtle and effective! Smooth bumpers are a must for this one IMO!

Also, as your going for the euro look I'd be tempted to keep the headlights as they are!

Ahhh Thanks nathaannn, has nothing on yours though does it was good to chat to you matey! I know I can't wait to smooth the bumpers keeping vgrill though as I like it with smooth bumpers so as that's chrome I night leave headlights! Doubt il do much over the winter as there's no point as everything's going to get ruined :/
