The only problem in the gym I go to is the free weights are upstairs, which is where all the bulky people go. I've not actually even been up there for a look around yet. Wimp and all that lol.

There's nothing to be scared of, you won't meet Biff from Back To The Future. Just stroll in there and get squatting

That doesn't happen much at the Carlisle branch of dw gym luckily. The average vest wearer is a normal person and a normal sized vest.

Vests should be banned, anybody wearing them looks like a complete douche (imo).

maybe its because the people around here wearing them would give dave a run for his money in arm size.

Lol

"The squat rack isn't for curls, its for squats, hence being called a squat rack, if it was for curls it would be called.....the rest of the gym"

i prefer to run in a vest as there is more chance for air to cool me down. Basically a sleeveless t shirt not a full blown flexing vest is what I mean.

The only people who wear vests at the gym I use are the ones that look mostly likely to want to fight you for 50p.

I walk normally, well slight limp due to my broken toe. My arms are down by my side in a normal walking manner, and I look friendly. I am not the average vest wearer, I'm just an average man from average life.

First time I've weighed myself in a while, back up to 14 stone lol. Bench pressing must be working quite well as I'm no fatter, probably just under a 32" waist. A lot will be biking muscle in the legs I'd imagine.
