Wouldn't use a solid axle and would go irs,
Look at using a mx5 rear suspension/subframe and diff.
I would like to see them pictures as the corsa is sitting in my garage and welding look fine to me. the tank is a std alloy fuel tank how can that look terrible.
I think we need to all see your rwd corsa that you could build with irs. I say fair play to anyone who has ago at anything there is far to many people on the net who slag of other cars
i'm assuming it the one that was built and had a build thread on here..
i tried to find the build thread to show you the welding/fabrication isnt great, and orignally it had a home built tank,
give me the money and i'll show you what i can do to a corsa being a engineer/fabricator by trade..
i've built a few cars in my time which probably involved just as much work as rwd'in a corsa, if not more.
when mines eventually finished and pulled out the garage i'll post pictures but i doubt you'll be around in 12 months.
