So we set off at 6am this morning
We encountered this, luckily we had 4x4
When we got there and loaded her up
And back home safe and sound...
Right the nitty gritty... Its stood since 1996 so needs..
4x new tyres - getting new wheels anyway
2x sills
4x arch repair panels - getting rally arches so may get on without them
1x rear corner
1x front corner
1x bonnet - getting fibreglass anyway
1x boot - getting fibreglass anyway
1x inner sill atleast
On top of this i need to repair
1x door bottom - going to get fibreglass anyway
1x 6" hole i poked in the floor
Both ends of the scuttle have rust/bubbling
The roof has had a previous shit repair
However there are some good bits
Interior isnt bad at all
Its complete
Rear window frame is solid
Roof gutters look good
All in all its similar condition to my last one... A bit of a shitter thats needing new panels..
Not sure if it runs as a ratchet strap snapped a fuel pipe.... House stinks so i need to address that
Bit disappointed as it looks great in the pics but then again its 40 year old car, he did warn me the sills were rusty..
I guess i could patch it and bodge it up but f*ck it, its getting a proper job done
Soon as the evos sold (needs fixing as it has a knock, suspect a snapped spring) im going to strip this to a bare shell, brace it, cut the sills and any other rot i can see off then have it blasted..

Better pics, am liking this.
I think colour needs to be a bit retro. I kinda liked the Jewish racing gold you had before. Some sort of porcelain blue or beiges colour?

It was originally jewish gold jambo... Not feeling metallic on it hence why toms grey colour would be cool
