great stuff - exciting times ahead
in terms of your TV I wouldn't buy until you are in. Not sure on your floor plan but a 65" TV requires a big room. They always look small in the shops

will check the plans and have a look once the living room furniture is in. current living room there is plenty of room for a 55" id say, and the new house has larger rooms than this. 65" is probably overkill, 55" probably ideal.

Looks like they have finished the roof on my house so hopefully get to go and have a look inside soon. It's well on schedule anyway.

its behind the security fence so no. Hopefully the office will take me down to look at it properly soon. Cool to see more of it done even if it was from a distance. Been doing exciting things like looking at sheds.

Its a figure of speech. Cleary a bit more than a developers head-quarters though? Why sugar coat it?
I see there's a Phase 3 and much of the surrounding land is up for grabs.. Developers are cunts

on there is capita, an IT company, the cumbria county council offices, a hair dresser, a sandwich shop which is awesome, then the head quarters for the company that are building the houses. also an outdoors/activity type company that the name escapes me.
i work about 2 miles from there, i know the area very well and what its like. i am not sure why it bothers you so much though?

It doesn't bother me one iota.. But it clearly bothers you as you swerved around Ben G's question.

It really wasn't difficult.. Just bung the images you borrowed from Story Homes into google image search and it takes you straight to the page advertising the development.
