Bloke in work is selling his e60 m5. It's a dark blue colour. Very nice.
Absolutely drinks the fuel though.

Lad at work got a 2007 rs4 last weekend, in the garage already with an oil leak. He isn't happy. Lush car though but possible money pit.

They're launching a faster petrol only version. Can't remember the figures but has special styling and uprated engine.

Correct but if you spend a bit of time researching the faults you can buy an example with all common issues repaired under Audi warranty. Oil leak your friend is experiencing will almost certainly be oil cooler and/or pipes. Audi in their infinite wisdom fitted an aluminum cooler with mild steel pipe fittings

You seem to know a fair bit about the B7 RS4. They're getting into my price bracket for buying one now but the "internet" scare mongering of the running/maintenance costs are putting me off. Are they really as bad as people make out?? New brakes costing over a grand etc??

Thinking about putting a muddy bike into the back of an estate car. People seem happy to put their children into them, that shit piss and vomit everywhere and destroy everything they touch. i think a bike would be fine in the back of an rs4. Smell less than a shit up nappy in a car seat that's for sure.

I carry a baby round in my car and inside is immaculate, he doesn't shit piss and vomit all of the seats and mash it in and rub it up the windows like people who don't have kids assume they do. His nappy catches the shit believe it or not, and and crumbs from food etc that does make it onto the seat gets hoovered up regularly. People who habe shitted up cars and blame it on having kids are just scruffy badtards who are too lazy to keep the car clean. The worst thing for mess you could have in a car imo is a big dog!

I've got a v60 with the 180bhp diesel D3 engine. Does what I want performance wise and the bike goes in the back with the rear seats down. Despite what people say about the bumper getting scratched it doesn't if you have a boot protector.

Yeah I ignored that guy that said the bumper gets scratched.
Do like some of the Volvo estates, new ones.

Had a c30 previously but was far too small! Opted for the v60 as it was a good compromise in size as its not as big as the v70 and the v40 has a really small boot aperture.
Good luck with whatever you opt for, I do like the Audi estates but a little to expensive for me.

I've got an estate car that I don't care about and I still put them on the roof, it's far easier than fucking about taking wheels off. The Thule racks are awesome nowadays.

Takes seconds to get wheels off a bike.

Removing the wheels from a nice dry bike in a warm garage is quite a therapeutic task.
But as you know removing shit covered wheels with a through-axel on a freezing cold afternoon while your adrenaline filled limbs are still trembling is a shitty task.
You love your van so much and you're always wanking on about how great it is and how your bike fits in it so well, why would you want to get rid? Worried the new neighbours will think it looks a bit to 'council estate' ?

It takes seconds to remove either wheel, wet or dry conditions, in any weather. I knew you would be along to say what I know is wrong though. Cheers for keeping up your condescending prick approach to the Internet.
