Few years ago I cycled for fun. Then it became hard work as fitness dropped so I cycled for exercise. Now fitness has dropped even more I seem to cycle for torture. Grim times.

Been looking at buying a new bike actually, but I'm not convinced it's a good idea or that I need one. Just want one. Should really sell my road bike soon. £250 I think seems ok for it. I never use it.

As gas as I know they are graded by how good they are. Can't remember off the top of my head, but a quick search should sort the info you need.

D locks and fuck off chains are best by all accounts.

Rode some natural stuff, which was still man made, but natural trails, not a trail centre that is man made, but they were still made by a man? Not sure if that's Internet approved but it was good fun. My suspension set up is correct and I'm not too heavy to be a cyclist.

Finished a mountain bike ride at a trail centre today, and for the first time my shorts were not muddy and soaked. Bring on summer. Was a lovely day.
