Oh, I see. So that's actually going to cost you probably another £200 a month when you have to start paying that back? Or are you going to let them have it off the resale value?

It's still 270k just he gets a 5 year break before having to start paying back the extra 70k as well.

When you start paying the govt It's interest free for the first 5 years then after year 6 it's 1.75%

Mine is a Worcester boiler. I don't know what that means. It works. If yours works, surely that's all it needs to do?

House looks great Steve. Will be good living there, much better choice.

Buy a signal tester or i think you can get info from freeveiw website.

Or look outside and see if anyone has an external aerial and copy them to get a good idea.

I've always done the latter.
