Just got back from the gym

I tried it at home but ended up losing interest

yeah im going to start sometime i am about 64-67 KG and it stays at that and im 19, My arms are quite musclely just not very big. Heard using hevy wights what u cant do meny of builds bulk on muscles? and meny smaller tones. I have no idea so going to get some protein shakes or whatever they are called. Then get some more info

i eat 4 sirloin steaks a week.

Loads eggs, loads Chicken pizza, lasanage, turkey. Loads Milk. Also aswell eating you need to aim for 1 Gallon Water PER DAY!!
