again, pending on the officer, probably confiscate it and bag it in an evidence bag, seal it and take it to the property room, where it will be stored until the owner claims it, but never go and claim something if it is illegal cos youll get a summons to court to explain why you had it.
but nothing should happen to you as a driver, probably just get given a hort/1 if you have no documents.
We would do a PNC (police National Computer) check on all your names to see if your all wanted for anything though, and a PNC vehicle check.

when we tell our control the update on the "job" we tell them what we have seized which is then logged with HQ, which do check the property registers for all stations.

I have 1 no actually 2,
a dual carriageway I have always thought as a 70mph speed limit, but i have has a couple of experienced ppl tell me lately that because its national spped limit it is 60 mph??? i am right aren't I?
Also wot is the length of points coming off of ur license, i though it was 3 years but ive heard different things?

1. a "carriageway is 60mph", a "dual carriageway" is 70mph. you can work out whats a dual and whats a single
