Dex's work is terrible. I dont care who has had there cars done there, the finish and quality of the cars done there is terrible!!!!!!

I mean, lets re-spray a car, and leave the aftermarket mirrors on so the original paint stays underneath. Or maybe the skirts?

Maybve we could cut a spare wheel arech out and connect all the brake pipes by a cable tie??

Terrible work.

I'm confused!!
Scott you said that C4 (or at least the shell) is now owned by someone who does good bodywork and cheap prices.
Someone suggested Dex was this person you agree!
When I ask for his number you gave me the number for Midas (who Dex does/doesn't work for)...
Hmmm, Also people say Dex work is good, but Midas work is good..
Arghhh

HE gave me a free punto rear wiper years ago

Check out MAx Poo for pictures of Rich's 19" wheeled Corsa and the rest of his team. Nice bloke, typical lad though

Dex Worked for Chemealon Automotive. He has his own bodyshop. It is sh1te.

Rich S (also his usename on this site) owns Midas, nothing to do with Dex, and the cars seem to be OK coming from there.

Yeah they did. But the quality was terrible. I.e, just like Daves, there was un-even rubber going round the lights, and did anyone ever see the guide on how to cut the front end of the corsa to fit the aftermarket lights??? Shocking! Wasn't smoothed down or anything, just cut with an angle grinder, and in went the lights.

yeah i remember seeing it as soon as it was done. The rubber stripes were not there at first...but the gap round the lights was huge so he added the black rubber so the gap wouldnt be so obvious.

The only good car on that site is the Orange Corsa B, apart from that the rest are bloody terrible!!!
Did they not think to cut and smooth the excess from this bumper to meet the arches properly

dex actually did the orange corsa (rich s's) i saw it while it was in their being worked on. so daimo u sayin his works crap but the orange corsa was half decent is kinda contradicting yourself. he did my civic, and was good work on most of it, like m4tt says few little bits that needed sorting eventually like laquer coming off but he fixed free of charge
