kerry dont rise to it cocka, hes just a figure in a big machine, ppl above him tell him what to do when they want it doing and how they want it doing
and they cant actually do what they've done, if a company considers terminating your contract like that they've atleast got to offer for u to come back to work before they do it

sorry to hear kezza
I'd seek advice n go from there.
Shouldn't matter how long ya off for, if on medical grounds, as long as you are able to return, they can try to pay you off, and say dun bother coming back. Some companies know what they can n can not do, but sum try their luck n go beyond that line in hopes that u can't be bothered to contest it.
I'd say go for a payout, and a written apology, so that it can be shown to future employers.

Yes this is quite important, you will probably be quizzed on this in future job interviews.

I write to confirm the decision to terminate your employment on the grounds of continued incapability
can they do that when u are on sick?
they can terminate you if your not able to come back but if you are able to come back then they cannot. if your off cause your depressed etc then I doubt they could fire you. I would seek advice.
when i saw u had posted vibs il be honest i half expected u to be takin piss but u have shone through and that was a very helpful comment just what i was lookin for
thank you
Yes, Ross has not been himself lately.
