looks really nice shaun, love the colours i used to have ablack block and matt back rocker on my old engine, looked really nice but with this new engine i fancied a change and went for an oem look. if your taking your car off the road over winter, clear underseal it and paint the wheel wells white like DRS has done glad to see your going for the 1.6 and not a c20xe. definatley get this in T.V once the engine is in, if you dont i'll bitch slap you

I really really want this car

Good luck with the engine conversion, probably already been asked but when will it be going in?

Oh and I still think an Irmscher front splitter would work really well with this car

Green thing, sorry mate only just realised I never answered you question. The cars mot, tax and insurance all run out at the end of Jan so I'm going to take it off the road then to do it Still got plenty of bits to buy but hopefully i'll have everything I need by then. Serious cant wait to get it in now..sooo excited to have some power lol

Done a little bit more to the engine last week. Just been cleaning up a few bits a bobs. The sump was looking pretty diar so I cleaned all the dirt off it and gave it a fresh coat of silver paint. Also painted my front engine mount which I got off Dan-sport, cheer bud

Had my new sump gasket come through a few days ago so got them both fitted

I'm cleaning up the lower inlet at the minute so that I can get that refitted and start work on the vx inlet

Next thing on my shopping list is a new manifold. Think I'm going to go for the Janspeed 421 as I've heard nothing but positive feedback about it

Also while im here I'll post a few pics I took of it at trax for those of you who havent seen them

Was the first time I tried my Dodo Juice light fantastic on it Amazing stuff!!
