It's stunning again this morning.... 65 miles to Luss today then a big hilly ride to Fort William the next day
How are you feeling? Been banging some big miles in for quite a while now any niggles or complaints?
Right ankle very painful at times but improving - was horrible on fourth day
Saddle sores were under control untill the horrible B road from Carlisle to Abington .... Bib shirts were covered in blood after I finished yesterday!
Hands and feet sore on oressure points from vibrations
Very tight quads
But all things taken into account bike and rider are in good nick!

Ffs, took my nine year old out the other day for a ride. Did a little loop on strava for her and we had the KOM. Then some pro rider cunt has come out and smashed it. Looks like they did a loop especially to get it. Pro rider nobber...

Yeah you'd get that on a day of fresh legs I reckon Jim. It's flat enough to keep the speed up

I reckon I'd be at my limit to beat it. I struggle to sustain that kind of speed like. He's hitting 40 odd kph for most of it. Fit bastard lol....

Went to glentress, yesterday started off sunny and nice. So red hot for the endless climbs and managed one run down spooky wood. Then on the way back up a shortcut to the top, boom, the sky opened up and the rain let rip. So much so you struggled to see. Everytime I've been up there it lets rip. I'd love a blast about when it's dry but meh, next time.....
