Considering putting it up for sale.
I kind of regret selling my Corsa C cdti van. Only had 40k on the clock, cost nothing to run fuel wise but the tax and insurance costs pissed me off a bit.
Your VW is going to be very useful when you start working on your house.

Put a full tank of tesco momentum in Only because I had 14p a litre discount. Not sure whether it does anything, I just wanted to chuck some better stuff in to hopefully give the engine a bit of a clean. Probably talking shit though

Thinking i should of done a project thread for my VW super coupe
Got some SPAL fans from http://www.serckservicesmotorsport.co.uk/ (Great service, cheaper than everywhere else, arrived the next day, would recommend)
Mounted them on my rad
Retrimmed the headlining, went for black
Put some laquer on the rear end, not the best match and still needs a polish, but better than the rust spots, will get a full respray one day.
Then emptied the rear end which has been full of engine parts, cleaning the floor up and painted a couple of rusty bits

Fitted my tonneau cover (which needs a wash).
Sprayed the front and rear arches metallic black.
Give it a clean.
Need to do the bonnet and find some replacement bonnet catches as the old ones perished, doh!

Fit new arb bushes. What a fucker, had to buy torx spanners as no access due to fkin steering not rack. Why Vaux couldn't just use normal bolts I don't know.
Fitted new exhaust down pipe gasket.
Oil and filter change.
Those arb bushes have made a huge difference, really impressed

Commented on how filthy it is already. Too hot to clean it.
Bought a key ring. Drove it.

We've been away in the camper the past 3 weekends so this weekend has been the first time I've had a chance to properly tinker and get it cleaned.
After a quick wash at the local Polish car wash I gave it a polish, seal and wax which is the first time I've been bothered to polish/wax a car for bloody years!
I then got on with converting the main cupboard doors to tambour roller doors which is not only far more practical, it looks so much better to (well I think so anyway!).
...Whored that from my project thread.
