left the car with an ex vw mechanic mate last night so he can sort out its clean up and shine up. its not him that is doing the work, he is just dropping it off for me so i didn't get a list of products that they will use, apologies. if i can name and product drop later i will. hopefully take some pictures this evening or tomorrow. will probably edit the reg plate out of the photos though

Make sure to tell them about the non-factory paint from the repair work, they might burn through it if it was done by some back street garage.

Did you get any close up pictures of the defects etc prior to having it washed? Just it always looks good so might be hard to tell the difference.

when I had the front of my car protective wrapped, they unit was shared with a detailer he was offering similar for over £600

i didn't actually. That would have been a good idea did you do that when you went to mantis auto detailing?

Ive not been yet but will be sure to if and when i do. Better to have a before and after rather than possibly just a before and before.

Another pic my mate sent me. Will get some of my own tomorrow. Awesome shine on it. Says there was 3 products used in making it shine like that. Never heard of any of them.
