Not much of an update, Constantly waiting for parts to be delivered and parts from vauxhall to come in etc...
Rear beam fitted ready for disc hubs so be bolted on:
Cleaned up and removed dirt shield from the astra gte rear disc hubs:

And also fitted the GSi Skirts:
Next week should see the shell inside and out complete, ready for fuel system...

Gave inside final coat, and fitted crossbar:
Made up some side mounts, painted them and fitted them:
Fitted seat in car, fits perfect:
Flared on the unions and fitted the bias valve:

Ols- Cheers dude the seats are really comfy actually. They are Sparco Sprint V's.
Fruitbooter- I used white Sickaflex for everything. Its really really good and theres no chance these skirts are coming off!

Had to modify the fuel sender unit to fit the tank, was pretty simple

What do you mean by the Linkage nic? Mine are linked by the grub in the centre of the 2 bodies. And i dont and am not buying the Jenvey cable bracket. Theres a simpleish way to do it, i have got it working to open, but wont close, needs grease i think and maybe a nylon lining.

weird. all mine opened and closed fine from new. made our own cable bracket for mine. looks not rhe best yet works great.
