FPMSL - typical Arsenal fan comment.

Granted its not a bad thing, but its certainly no way to win things

I'd rather keep hold of the class players than get the money and hope what you can bring in replicates their form.

But are they that great? Adebayors form tailed off dramatically toward the end of the seaosn + he needs a lot of chances to score 1 goal

Hleb doesnt score nearly enough and is as frustrating a player as youll eve rfind... not enough good days for me on Hlebs part

They were great players before they wanted to leave Orbbo

No matter how many he misses, Adebye-bye scores a lot of goals, and that isnt easy to just go out and buy.

No nio they are still great players but if we cna get top money for both and good replacements then so be it

Adebayor will be judged on how he does this season if he stays... needs to prove last seaosn wasnt a one off

I am worried by what he is plannign on doing to replace Flamini it has to be said

If Helb/Adebayor go to Barca then we shoudl insist on getting Yaya Toure as part of the deal!

But he was in the team last season, so saying united woulda finished 5th is utter nonsense as he did play and did score alot.

Its more of a point that next season without his goals it wont be certain of you finishing top (or top 4!) - this is shown by removing his goals from last season and showing you would only of been 5th.

Someone else may score more next season.

We may buy a top striker who scores alot.

Ronaldo may stay and score alot.

Who knows eh, just deciding that united will score the same goals next season minus Ronaldo's is stupid imo

Oh yeah, those could happen - but to make a prediction you can only look to the past and go off things you know will happen in the future. At the moment the things about MAY happen - the fact Ronaldo is leaving and you will miss out on his very very very high goal threat is (almost) a certainty.
