The ones from you last week, they look bigger than I think mine look.

I got my hands on the p90x dvds today. I like the way its all set out etc, and it looks good, but its not for me at the min.
Possibly in the new year it shall be.
I also struggle like made with my legs, suffer really bad with tight quads. So i think i might do the leg workout as some of my leg excersizes.

Only equipment you need is push up bars (dont need them but for £15 you may as well get some), pull up bar, heart rate monitor really helps although you dont need it, and then depending on where you're doing it a mat and possibly some yoga blocks if you're not to supple like me!

They help you with balance when you arent as flexible so cant touch your toes/floor, etc
It'll work as long as you put the time in, the diet is fairly easy once you get your head around it all.

yeah it's just a lot of hard work. i do different working shifts every week for 3 weeks so will have to arrange my workouts/eating around those. that's my biggest problem.

What I do is cook up a load of chicken with various flavours (tikka, etc.) which lasts me about 3 days - I'll use that for the morning snack and then for lunch with a salad (which you can cut up days in advance and package up in portions to make it quicker/easier if you want).
So thats morning snack and lunch made up nice and easy. Breakfast is an easy meal anyway. So just leaves dinner, and I tend to have some sort of meat cooked up with veg.
Its just a case of getting your portion sizes correct so you're getting enough of everything you need.

It's alright mate, I've already gained a lot more than that...
but i do think my diet limits me, I don't eat much - and I struggle to force pure protein down me... Like I could eat a piece of chicken in a bread roll, or a piece of beef... but eating it without the bread I find it almost sickening to eat
I'm finding whole meal wraps are great for packing full of protein and eating with some lettuce, but i'm just simply not taking enough.

Get some chicken, get some tikka paste, get some natural 0% fat yoghart, mix it all up and leave overnight, take them all out and put on a tray and cook in the over for 20mins ish.
That way its really tastey meat that you can eat on its own, or with some cottage cheese or something.
