Finally an Android twitter app to rival Tweetbot on iOS, Falcon Pro.

Also liking Airdroid although I'm yet to find a use for it.

When I read this post, I checked and realised mine was on. Usually my battery would be almost dead by 7-8 o'clock. Now I've turned it off, I still have 48% left at 9:30.

When I got my phone back from repair it was on by default. Think it's used for s-beam and a load of other stuff you never use too.

Near field communication. Don't know exactly what it does but it's something to do with S beam like said. If you go to wireless and networks, the option to turn it on/off is on there.

Updated to 4.1.2 last night, got sick of waiting for UK release so just flashed the Austrian version

Low light camera mode is incredible, I don't know why the standard mode is so dark all the time if they were able to do that.

Spiral gallery is cool as is the multi window, shame only a handful of apps support it.

The low light camera is the main thing I'm looking forward to trying!

Is there still no official UK release date for this update?

No just flash another version there's no difference, it maintains warranty and you don't loose any data/apps/settings. Takes two minutes.

Low light mode looks decent. That's one of the huge S3 issues fixed right there.

Yeah look how pants it was before.

I used this guide Blade:

http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/418516/20121227/install-android412-jellybean-ota-galaxys3-i9305-xxbll3.htm

However thats for the i9305 (LTE) the only difference will be downloading the i9300 4.2.1 software from here (you can actually get the official UK version):
