had to swap the battery from the 911 to the skyline as its was dead, and not taking charge from the altenator. The skyline needs a battery to work properly (charged battery)... so swapped the 911 to Skyline...
It didnt fit in the cage behind the pas seat, so plonked it in the dip where the rears used to be. Braked hard for a div on a roundabout, battery slid forward and then the +ve terminal hot the cage shorting the battery.
The earth cable went up

righto...
some shite updates first..
The car is stolen and we are now pretty much resigned to the fact that its gone... time to move on.
brighter note....
Fee has secured a 'drive' in a loaned car for the first round of time attack. The car is pretty standard so wont be setting any amazing times
Its busy getting new bits and bobs to meet TA regs and MOT/Tax We will take the seat onto our next car, as well as the extinguisher. We have put some of our old spare brakes on to it, and a new set of Ultralie battles and 4x Toyo 888's
OMP FIA approved race seat.... more expensive than I wanted to get but with time being a big issue i had to go with stock items :S
Lifeline 2.4lt Extinguisher....
FIA 3" 6point harnesses and eyebolt spreader plates....
Need to get the tyres fitted to rims etc

pics of Fee's work today & yesterday.... nearly there...
Funky new seat too
Car needs a damn good clean, and I'm sure Fee's wonky camera phone has a heap of dust on the lens :?
Hopefully she will get the new TA gfx and The Garage ones on soon then spray one of the spare sets of wheels a funky blue hehe
