what you need 2 do is set yourself a limit. Start at 30. Get up to say 60, then stop if you go back to 30. Then get to 100, stop at 70. 150 stop at 100. 200 stop at 150. 300 start making big bets like 20 per hand. And go no less than 200. And keep going till you hit your min. Dont get greedy and stick to them.

13.20 Cheltenham - Blue Splash 8/1 Victor Chandler

He is a winner over this trip and a winner on the going, he has won two from three starts over fences and has yet to finish outside the placings when running in winter, he has won three of his last four runs including a good win last time out at Chepstow and he in the past put in an ok run in a grade 2 race at Wetherby, much tougher field to what he has been running against but i believe he can put in a decent run here at a decent price

Last tip i got was from a wealthy Rangers fan that has a box at Ibrox, he said Dettori was there drunk shouting out winners for the days races.

Never found out the validity of his story but the horse won so i'll stick a couple bucks on

3 mile Handicap Chase is the length and type of race, if you choose it to be placed it's an each way bet which means you get money back if it finishes 2nd or 3rd but at lesser odds.

St Pauli v Mainz tonight, there's been 19 goals in there last 6 matches, 5 of which have been score draws, i've stuck £39.90 on 2 goals or more for a return of £12.

Should have been called Dick Splash tbh, stupid horse was the only 1 to fall out of a fairly big pool
