I scouted round for a while to find a corsa b 1.6 16v with the right bits (pas / no ac), then a tigra turned up too! Like bloody busses.

Had to buy other things and insurance renewal is next month.
Cars gone on hold ATM :-(

It's going to look shit for Trax, grey arches and battered wheels. Embarrassed much!

But then I'm not going to put white wheels on over winter so it's going to be next year if I'm realistic.

Update :

Done sweet fa to the car. Kinda disappointing, but decided I want other things, so generally given up spending on it.

I did however treat it to a new rubber.

Had to strip rear plastics out and drop headlining down a bit.
Hardest part was undoing the antenna connection no room and kills your fingers. 17mm nut holding ariel base in.
