Liking the garage racking, need to get some for mine.

I also think plasterboarding it will look fine, mines plasterboarded and it's much nicer than bricks.

How it currently stands, walls just need a little more sanding then painting. Added some basic skirting round the edge to protect the bottom of the plasterboard and to hide the 2 inch gap we left at the bottom of the plasterboard to stop any damp off the floor getting into. This will be part of the grey wall paint band around the bottom of the walls so you wont see much of these when they are painted.

This has all the hallmarks of becoming a games room/man cave, especially with the skirting.

Nice though personally, I'd want to replace the floorstanding racking with some wall mounted kitchen cabinets.
