I dont use them so your guess will be as good as mine mate. Id buy the medium one to start with and if its not strong enough you can buy the stiff band and the progress to medium soon after.
You really need a shaker. A whisk lol, its not a fairy cake its a PROTEINNNNNNNNNNN shake!

When were you getting it? I was getting it during the ab ripper but only after any upper body workout. If I had anything where it involved my legs then I dont get it.
So I put it down to them not really warming you up for it, so pause it now before starting and throw in some extra stretches to target my legs.
My arms are fine this morning, can feel Ive done a decent workout but certainly nothing like they were last week then God, but Ive woken up with a running nose so guess ive got a cold

I only got cramp right at the end of the chest and back, when you are doing the back flys or dive bombers
Then in ab ripper x i got it in my calf

I dont get it in any of the workouts, just the ab ripper. Just throw in some stretches and it'll stay away.

I have tended to have a problem in my left calf when playnig football so i'm hoping it doesnt affect me on the plyometrics tonight because i really want to do this properly
I feel my diet is pretty much spot on, so i should see good gains if i really put the effort in and bring it

bit of a difference
Fair play thats a decent gain.
As stated I cant do this programme for a couple of reasons but i'm starting down the gym tonight properly and have re-started my diet today so i'll post up some progress pics in a couple of weeks to compare how gyming compares to this.

Just so people know, if your training and eating for fat loss - you shouldnt be having protein shakes with milk.
100ml of semi skimmed milk has around 60 calories and 5g of carbs from sugar in it. And most people make their shakes with 300-400ml of milk so each shake you have is adding up to another 240 calories and 20g of carbs from sugar. 3 of those a day is enough to put a halt to fat loss...
