You won't be able to tell by looking generally. An obvious sign is the clan tag "3arc" as that can't be used normally. Other than that, play style is the tell like before. If you play hardcore you'll be able to watch people's cams and be able to gauge if they're looking through a wall etc.

The thing you guys should worry about, is the fact ANYONE can host an XP lobby now and you won't be able to tell a thing until you get 50k for your first kill Anyone who values their "legit" scores isn't safe tbh.

Basically you get your profile off your xbox, open it in a bit of software, then inject a new file to overwrite another, then rehash and resign it with another bit of software, upload it back to your xbox. Job done.
