Fuck paying £1400 for a season ticket. I didn't even bother renewing my membership at Chelsea, I was paying £50 a game to go see shit teams in average seats. Plus most Chelsea fans are the biggest scumbag chavs ever I got fed up with it.

Im still like 30,000 odd on the spurs waiting list. Used to have a Chelski season ticket when I was younger for about 5 years, only went to like 3-4 matches a season too, just my godparents are rich and tried to convert me. Had 5 between us too must've cost em a small fortune! I saw yesterday Inter Milan season tickets are on general sale! Mental for a top team.

I was on the waiting list for 13 years.
My offer came through in our 2nd season at Emirates.
It was £1460. I was still working in hotels at the time and up here (NW) so working weekends and 250 miles away, so it was pointless so I rejected it.
Not gone back on the list yet. By the time I get another chance for ST's, Alfie will be old enough to need one too. So 2 to pay for.

Wigan do a deal where you pay around £300 and get a ST for an adult and a ST for an under 10 thrown in. Quite tempted tbh.

Aye, but then you'd have to watch Wigan. At Wigan. Couldnt think of anything more soul destroying.

Couldnt watch a team i didnt support week in week out, certainly couldnt go to fucking Wigan week in week out. JJB is just depressing.
If im going to go watch a team i dont support I'd at least want it to be a team where the crowd are bouncing.

I support Luton you cretin. Why would you put money into a team in the same league as Arsenal? Worse than a TCW.

So I can take my son to watch some footy?
I can pay £300 for a Wigan ST or pay £300 for a return trip to one game at Emirates.
Do the Maths.
Anyway, unlikely i'll do it anyway.

I'd go watch Chester FC then. Should be fighting for promotion this year and will have decent crowds. Deva Stadium is decent too
£14 a game for the both of you

Much more sensible idea. Supporting a proper local team. Guarentee it's better than the JJB.

I'm a billion percent sure it will be a better matchday experience than the hell hole that is the DW Stadium. Plus, as you say, helping out your local side, much more of a community club.
Under 5's are free.`

I went to the JJB/DW a few years ago. NEVER again. Barely worth going to just to tick it off.

It just screams shit stadium in the middle of nowhere, with fans who mostly couldnt give a fuck. Kinda like Coventry, although Cov fans would probably be a bit better.

I can confirm that Cov fans are marginally better. Just as many empty seats though.
