Register on XDA and put your issue on there, you'll get much more help than Orange/Samsung would ever give you.

You get used to that sort of stuff, not a day goes by something odd doesn't happen, all part of the fun of owning an android phone.

It didn't turn my predictive text off, but it did seem to stop auto grammar - ie. adding appropriate apostrophes etc which I'd got used to it doing!
Does actually seem a little better at understanding what I'm trying to type though in terms of guessing words earlier.

If you turn off the phone it switches back to android keyboard, simple to just flick it back though, and I rarely need to turn the phone off, I think in the last 2 weeks iv maybe done it twice

Top gear test track is alright to waste ten minutes.
Or trials something 3. It's first in free downloads

Tue: when woken on lockscreen would not go off again despite timeout being set
Wed: backspace button stopped working on keyboard
Thu: when home button pressed to wake the screen would come on but black for a second then the screen would come normal.
Fri: when twitter app is pressed play store opens
Rectified each time with a battery battery pull, can see why android people get funny about non removable batteries now.

I've literally in all the time I've had Android never had a single one of those issues.
Only removed the battery to put the Sim in

Can't pull the battery on my nexus and never had any of those issues. Not saying they don't happen, because they do, I just don't have anywhere near as many. Nexus doesn't get rebooted anymore than any of my iPhones did.

None of them are really an issue as such, easily rectified.
Still can't type on it for shit though, tried numerous keyboards. There's, something about the iphone keyboard that makes it much more tactile, don't know if the noise it makes or what.

How much difference is there between the s3 and the mini as I don't want something bulky as I have a tendency to break them plus with the cpw I can get a free galaxy tab 2 included in the upgrade

Don't get the mini thinking its an s3, its a completely different phone. Slower processors etc...
