wooly why would he have to be careful with the nankangs?
Maybe because he had read other posts on forums which call them "ditch finders"?
I asked both on edition38 and wheel-whores and was actually told there a good tyre now, since they have updated there selection, and was advised to get the nankangs due to the better stretch, as there easier to bead when on. Plus i drive like a granny.

Put the wheels on today. and woooow. they look pretty damm cool in the flesh. only problem was theres slight rubbing on the passenger rear arch. too much rubbing to live with. so 90mm rear springs will need to go back on.

Well it is a 8j and im guessing around a et28 ish. on 100mm, so knew it would be close. and close it is. just dont want to risk the lethal rubbing with the tyres being so stretched.

Luke put those adjuster platform back in, like what we first tried when we put the Schmidts on.
Schmidts do look better, but these are great for riding in winter!
