I remember earlier in this thread people were against using creatine even though it is recommended as part of the program.
How come people on here don't recommend it?

Its a waste of time, muscles are already saturated with it, and at this level you dont need any extra..
I think im right anyway :/

feels weird thinking there's another 19 days till i do 30 day result pics... I can already notice changes...
My only concern is week 4... It's like a 'break' week... I haven't looked to see the range of exercises, but i get the impression its gonna be stretching and cardio? I hope i dont lose the gains in that week.

He should have stopped before the end.
He looks like a well built aids victim.

Because if I was to market pig piss and tell you all constantly that it will aid recovery, you'd all be buying it.

Did Day 9 earlier yesterday, then sat for 90mins at the match...not a good idea! My legs didnt want to walk me back to the car. I also managed to only have one pint before the game (would normally have 4 or 5) so was being a good boy
Just having my no-explode now before going out and doing Day 10.
Also, got my new weights today, so going to use those

I did day 1 today, pretty fucked tbh. Think I've done my neck in too like a pleb. Probably bad form or somethin. Tony wouldn't be happy. At least I wasn't sick

You think Day 1 made you fucked, then you do Day 2 and realise you were being a pussy today
Just finished day 10 or whatever today is, Shoulders and Arms, with an ab ripper for good measure.
Soooo much easier with these new weights, no pissing about for a few minutes between each set getting the right weight, just a few twists and its done. Arms feel pumped but not fucked which is good.

Wasn't sure if I was over doing it today. I was doing 20kg per arm. He did say it should be a weight where your struggling come 7th/8th rep.

You can prob find ab ripper x on YouTube only 15 mins long.
Matt I can keep adding weight to my weights. The next weight up will roughly be 11kg a side for me.

Just to give some idea on my weights...one the chest and back day I was doing 9.5kg for everything, this was the max weight I had (my Bowflex ones came this morning). Tonight on Shoulders and Arms the heaviest I have gone up to was 12kg, although I've marked most as needing a heavier weight next week as I was getting to 10/11 before failing rather than around 7/8.

I fucking hate them, did 8kg per arm first time round, then 9kg on the next time round. Have a + mark on my sheet so will try 10kg next week.

That was for the exercise on day 1, maybe it'll be different on the other days? I did used to do weights not so long ago but stopped being assed. I'm not massive but I'm not skinny either, I probs already look how a lot of the people on the vids look after 90 days anyway so I've got high hopes for this program tbh.
You're obviously not bringing it

I consider myself to be fairly strong, but I know on the first day the sets that need weights (heavy pants, lawnmowers and back flys) that I couldnt do more than a few at 20kg, certainly not 8 reps, and Id be amazed if I could do any on back flys.
