Cesc dedicated his WC win to the Arsenal players and fans after the game....could be taken two ways...either farewell and thanks, or i'm staying.
Fuck knows...we'll just have too see what happens!
Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas has dedicated his part in winning the World Cup to his club side Arsenal.
The 23-year-old has had precious little game time in South Africa, but played a crucial part in helping the Red Fury lift the trophy on Sunday after he came on as a late substitute and set-up Andres Iniesta's extra-time winner.
"All I can say is that this (World Cup victory) is for all the Arsenal players and fans, they are a world-class club.
"I am an Arsenal player and I am proud to be," he said after the 1-0 win at Soccer City.
Fabregas was delighted with the way he performed in the final of the global showpiece as he showed boss Vicente Del Bosque what he was capable of.
"It has been a difficult tournament for me and I didn't get to play so much," he said.
"Something inside me was telling me this was my chance. All my family wanted to come and be part of this.
"It has been a hard season, but now it doesn't matter at all.
"This is one of the best moments of my life."
Fabregas revealed that he took the time to console Gunners teammate Robin van Persie, who was left devastated after Holland's defeat.
"The first thing I had to do after the final whistle was go to Robin. Instead of
celebrating with my friends, I wanted to talk to him," said Fabregas.
"He has been injured a lot and if it wasn't us he was playing against, it would have been different. I hope he has his chance again, because he is a great guy and a great leader."

If Torres fancies a move away he's certainly not been as vocal as fabregas has

TBH Liverpool cannot afford to sell torres now. He is pretty worthless at the moment and no one would be paying £20M+ for a perma crock.

We were after him supposedly a while back. Meant to be quite useful.

I have a feeling he will still be at Arsenal at the start of the season.

I think Arsenal are asking too much for him. But that will be their plan to stop him leaving. He'll go one year, its just which year.

Linked with balotteli from Inter, and surprisingly enough so are city, they'll out bid us if we do decide to bid, hasn't he got loads of ability but an attitude problem?
Don't know too much about him, other than him being 19, so he's around the age we like to sign now, will have to wait and see really
No doubt city will add him to the front 7 they have though

Half the time we aren't even interested in these players, our name is just mentioned to bump the price up cos they know City will pay over the odds if they mention Man United are interested.
But yeah he's the guy with the attitude problem. Think he supports AC Milan and is quite vocal about it despite playing for Inter

Seen this all before with certain Spanish clubs badgering players who have an interest in signing for them.

"According to Gazetta dello Sport, it was United representatives, not Sir Alex Ferguson, who lunched with Balotelli's agent in Amsterdam yesterday to discuss a five-year contract. Mino Raiola apparently did so with the blessing of Inter, who have received a £29million bid from Old Trafford for the striker"
