Absolute class from Lewis there, should've been a sitting duck after the safety car.

Perez has done brilliantly there too.

One of the best races I've seen in ages. Tense as fuck, some brilliant battles throughout the field. Superb

Incredible driving between Nico and Lewis, although I didn't enjoy it until around lap 56.9

Was gutted when the SC came out, I should have kept the faith

Very good reaction to see after the face from nico and Lewis as well

2 seconds per lap is a huge race margin

Reminded me of JB and LH in turkey (2010?) Except it lasted about 50laps longer!

Proper racing driver, he should have been .5 slower but out positioned Nico every time.

Hopefully that race will silence the haters of the new engines etc. As much overtaking and excitement as any race with other engines in recent history.

Didn't have the setup today either. Fully deserved win though, got Nico at the start, the way he snatched back the lead on turn 3/4 just before the stops got him the winning strategy, then got it snatched off him because Maldonado can't drive, then somehow held Nico. I'm not sure how, brilliant defensive driving. That's the difference between your mid range F1 driver and the cream of the crop.

Delighted to see Nico is taking it pretty well, he must've thought it was his.

Those last 10 laps are why I love watching Lewis, never, ever gives up, even when it seems hopeless.

Got a feeling we'll see a few more of those this season!

Will anything else happen go maldonado? Surely he needs points or something? Not very fair what happened to dan ric last week and all that mal gets is a drive through!

Tyre to tyre wasn't it? Well mostly anyway, I think the tyre contact flipped him with the rotation.
