finally an update i was getting worried!! nice work, any news on the brakes? did u manage get them or that lad gone on hoilday?

im not in the building tomorrow. im attending an arch fixing convention at my mates house involving a vtec and a welder.

basically....

header tank to the right hand side take off on black plastic water rail. left side take off on water rail to left heater matrix, cylinder head to right heater matrix.

small 10 mil hose from rad to turbo, turbo back to right hand side header tank pipe on top.

water take off from inlet manifold small 8mm goes to smaller pipe on header tank

oh, the 8mm water pipe back to the header tank actually goes from the far left hand side of the inlet manifold, will be a water union next to the alt adjuster bracket. this is piped back into the inlet manifold underneath it in the centre. then from the other side of that to the header tank.



can actually see in your pic there the union between cylinders 2-3, and also the water pipe to the far left just poking up.

will be going white mate.

the rocker cover is only sat in place.

can just see the cambelt backing plate is white, as is the camebelt cover

i dont know, not sure i know of any just for a c20xe. which part do you need the guide for or just for reference as you go?
