so....



what fell out the box....



decided to drop the motor to make life easier for getting the box off, clutch off and fitting the new manifold as they're a pain in the bottom in situe.

3 hours later inc pizza break



Clutch had seen better days...


New sachs single flywheel conversion ordered, box should be going for refurb today too.

Bay will be getting a tidy up whilst we're at it and some pipes and wires neatening up.

waiting on parts now, useless compnaies. Was promised my clutch for the weekend....won't be here till tuesday. Trying to send back this rear ARB that i was sent instead of the front...guy saying he doesn't accept returns... we'll see about that when paypal rule in my favour and i keep the ARB the little prik. Few little bits from TPS to grab too.

Ecu being sent away tomorrow to check a few codes...

Gearbox finally getting collected for rebuild.
R32 ARB still to turn up
Clutch and flywheel to be here Tuesday.

Will also be ordering a short shifter and some stiffer front Arb bushes.

Bays been cleaned of all oil and rubbish too. Lots done, lots still to do!

shafts rubbed down and painted, look a tad fresher now



engine murdered look... painted the lot black!



hoses and bits and bobs going back on



rebuilding the turbo with new washers etc



Ecu out and off to Jabba, started cleaning the bay up too



new mani in place



and one of how it stands.... more soon

looking good! is that an ATP manifold? fitted one of them to my mates golf with engine in was a C*NT to fit ended up using mirrors and bending spanners etc lol
