I think he'll do perfectly fine for a europa cup team. Should definitely help them get back into the competition again

Vela gone to WBA on loan. If he gets regular starts it could be interesting. He could start banging them away.

Will Dalgleish change the formation to accomodate two forwards? It'll be interesting to see how he'd play it, and if he'll try to play Torres, Suarez, Gerrard, Meireles and Adam (if they get him) all at once!

His 'tweet':
Torres wants Liverpool to keep negotiating with Chelsea. There's NO buyout clause.Four days to go before a POSSIBLE exit of the striker
He certainly does know his stuff. That's all that we have been told for 5 years anyway. I think 35-40 million is very fair considering his injuries and his form this season. No way is he worth 60 million when the club henplays for probably won't even be in Europe at all next year.
Will trigger an exodus as well IMO. Reins to leave, kuyt. No point staying somewhere with no team

Who the fuck is Rein's? If you're talking about Reina then I don't think he can make his position much clearer tbh, every time stuff has come out saying he's unhappy, wants a transfer etc he has always come straight out and said he's staying. Kuyt isn't part of our long term future and I wouldn't be that fussed if/when he leaves. All this about Torres is just rumours at the moment, if we sign some players before the window closes that he think will help us push on I reall think he will stay, that's all he's been talking about for the last 18 months 'I love Liverpool, we need top quality players to join so we can challenge' etc.
Reina, typo on the iphone

Poses the question though is Torres on his way out? not bothered tbh, if he is constantly going to be throwing a strop and not giving his all then we dont need him
I'm made up this lad has signed! Give that shit about a torres a rest though, he's not said anything or thrown a strop and he's gonna stay so he can play with Luis Suarez

His agent is the same as Torres's, they both speak spanish, and will certainly be a good partnership! Can't wait to see them on the pitch together! Plus Liverpool denied the £40M bid from Chelsea earlier...!
I'm fairly resigned to Torres switching to Chelsea tbh
Why? Because there's some rumours (mostly attention seeking by Guilleme Ballbag) that he wants to discuss terms? I'm not having that at all, he told us we need to invest, we've just proven we are going to so he'll stay, simples.
Awwww

Exactly, cash in now and buy someone who wants to play for the club. that jumped up spanish prick isn't bigger than the club and its about time he realises that.

The club is in the shit, shocking squad, 1 striker of any sort of quality (all be it world class on his day) why would he want to stay there?
I'd hardly call an ambitious player jumped up thinking he's bigger than the club

I think its fucking disgusting the way he said he will honour his contract only 2 weeks ago. To then turn round and do this shows massive disrespect to the club and the fans.

Possibly, depends how you look at it.
Ronaldo was challenging every season at United also, but had won everything, and always wanted to play for Real Madrid, mum wanted him to play for them etc.

Reminds me much more of the recent Rooney & Tevez saga's, give it a couple of days he will have a new contract worth a stupidly inflated wage.
IF i was a Liverpool fan i would say take the money and let him go, he simply isn't performing well, he was injured nearly as much as Michael Owen last season and is seemingly petulant, I am sure you could buy a Very decent player with the £35m you would receive from his transfer, i mean you might nearly have enough to purchase Charlie Adam...
