Such a twat, I want to prestige but i NEED a token to keep a class otherwise I'm not doing it.
Anyone know if elite comes with a token or if I prestiged on another COD would it give me on?

If you prestige you get a token Brett. Can take 1 thing over, but not a whole class.
I got 4 tokens because i prestiged on cod4, waw, mw2 and bo. If you prestige on them, you'll get a token about a day later.

Hang on, let me clear this up...
Currently I have NO tokens.
If I prestige in MW3, will I then get a token and THEN be able to pick one of my previous classes to take or will that token have to be used for the following time, i.e. going from 1st prestige to 2nd prestige. Hope that makes sense.
Ideally I don't want to prestige in any previous COD or do anythign with those, as I'm happy with everything how it is.

I went back onto MW2, clicked prestige, played one game then went straight back to MW3. It can take a few days for your token to appear though.

You get a token every time you prestige.
You can use the token to buy anything in the shop, including a gun / perk / etc. You can't use it on a whole class.

Did it update that little icon on your profile under your name too? You know the little ones beneath it shows for previous CODs.

Right ok, so just to clarify, when i prestige I'll get another token then at that point I can go into the shop and unlock 1 item of whatever I want?
Another question, when I prestige can I not just go on specialist strike package and unlock all the pros in one game?

Yep, prestige in other cods it'll give you tokens. So if you have 3 tokens, you can take 3 things over.
Specialist is active from level 20 onwards. If you get a 7 or 8 (cant remember) kill streak, then you get all perks and all gun proficencies untill you die.

Yeah, it'll show the relevant prestige icon instead of the 5 stars or whatever was there before.

I'm 0 prestige in MW3 at the mo. If I go to 1st prestige in MW3 I'll get a token, yes, but at that point obviously I'll have NOTHING unlocked. Can I then unlock with my token or does the unlock have to be done before prestiging?
I like my icons how they are, don't really wanna prestige in other cods, especially blackops as I'll lose my 1.5million COD points

You prestige, You get a token, You can spend this token to get equipment whatever your rank after prestiging.

I like prestiging. Like the challenge of earning everything back. Never gone all the way on any CoD game though, furthest I got was 9th on CoD4.
