Good to see Milner is performing to his usual standards.

A couple times he's got the ball just outside the box with just 1 man in front and all he wants to do is pass it back. No confidence so get him off

So far a terrible performance by England.
Seems mostly, the only time we have the ball is when Italy make a mistake. Hardly any of our passes are getting to an England player and with the way he's going, Ballotelli will score since no one seems to be marking him.
England have had 36% possession

Unfortunately Milner is only in the team to cover Johnson, which is ridiculous, but that was the choice Roy made, so we gotta live with it. Looking forward to the 70th min when Walcott comes on though.

Rooney has been very poor again, Young may as well not be on the pitch, he's not had much of the ball but he's quick enough to punish the average right back, but doesn't seem to want to out run him. And Milner is Milner.
