Should say I don't think Cannock is as good as the ones I've been to round where I live though. The downhill on whinlatter is very good and yesterday at mabie forest was a lot better. Spoilt for choice up here with all the hills. Think I'm within 50 miles of 10 different trail centres.

I'd believe that, Cannock is great for a trail centre in the midlands, but doesn't really compare to up north or Wales where there are some proper hills

cole, doug and kurt. although to be fair kurt hadnt done anything like it before. doug and cole were seasoned pro's i thought full of athletic ability. i had to wait after every hill pmsl.

Not every hill Barnes just the big ones lol and I was pushing in sympathy for kurt. Did like winding hi up saying guess what kurt there is another hill lol. Dougs angry mate did crack me up rage quitting after one lap of fotd and asking if we had any sense of self preservation when me and you were shooting off ahead on the descents etc

we had snow yesterday where i was in dumfries. need to organise another one in a couple mnths time perhaps. doug was on about wales.

I'll try and get involved in one of these jaunts soon. been snowed under at work recently so working late most nights. Missus wouldn't be too impressed if i fucked off for a day at weekend too!!

Should ease back after Easter tho.

Had fun at my first race of the season. tunstall forest has some good riding too.
Feel like a little fish in a big pond now i have go up a class. not going to win any now as its full of ex pros and sponsored riders
Should have kept in my old class my time would have won me the race

havent found any pics apart from this one of the mud bath bomb hole near the end of the lap haha
