it was rob. no police presence either and the majority of it is freeway so you basically just cain it up there 
ive found the forza tuner and stage 3 tuned my augusta 
and as soon as i left the tuners some chump in his s3 decided he wanted some. the fool

Augusta is so fast when its tuned, shame it doesnt go round corners

if you use the side of the map which is the whole island, look at the key, and find Forza Tuner.

on the map u get in the case, iirc its d-10 its in, its pretty easy to find when u use the paper map and on screen one zoomed right in, just look at the road layouts and u will find it
