downloaded this today, had a quick watch and it looks really good, I'm starting it monday.
I'm needing to lose a few stone tbh and this looks just the thing for me.
I was just under 20 stone in january and im now 15.10 stone due to a healthier diet and a shit load of cardio. hopefully this will help me on my way too.

Jesus that's good going with the weight loss, well done. You have lost over half my body weight since January!

I can't see any reason why the program won't help you shift even more.

got my whey protein.

tastes great, even with just water.

2.5kg of chocolate smooth should last me a while.

had 1 about 40 minutes ago and doing a small workout now (push ups, pull ups, dumbells for shoulders and biceps).

farts now smell bad
