Legs and Back, with an Ab Ripper.
I didnt find this too bad last week, lots of lunges and that sort of thing plus some pull ups thrown in the mix I think.

Decided Im going to throw some more cardio in for the last two weeks of the first phase, I have seen this suggested by a few people who have finished the 90 days. Will do about 20mins of HIIT training in the mornings on days where I have non-cardio workouts, so thats an extra 3 or 4 days of cardio.
I'll probably drop it back down again for the second and third phases.

I found the lunges at the start with the chair fucking hard, 25 on each side
Afterwards i was wobbling all over the show as well, but feel good now.
Although i do think i'm going to have to extend phase 1, or if not, once i've completed 90 days, do it again, to get to the shape and size i want

Just see how it goes. Im going to see at the end of week three what the results are like, if they arent bad I'll do the rest week and go right in to phase 2. If not then will extend it by an extra week and then do the rest week and start P2.

Comso, are you very fit? im not that fit, and i really struggle with 15mins of hiit. let alone 20 lol!
Its bloody good for you though. I lost most of my weight when i was doing HIIT.
Im thinking bout going back to it 2 x a week rather than once. (as part of 3 cardio sessions)

I wouldnt say very, but I can just about manage 20mins of it on the bike, not running!
Ive got one of those fixed bracket thingies that fits to a proper bike so you can ride it whilst stationary and its so much better than an exercise bike!

Is anyone else so fucked after the workouts that its next to impossible to do the ab ripper?
When I was on the test week I did an ab ripper a day late so before I did the yoga and managed to do it a lot better than I have done so since.
As Im going to do extra cardio on the non-p90x cardio days Im thinking of moving the ab ripper to the morning after the cardio. That way can make sure I put everything in to it instead of whats happening at the moment.

I'm the same with the ab ripper, the 25 reps on everything absolutely kills me, and i find it takes forever to do them, thats if you even do
I have considered moving the ab ripper also, but i wouldnt move it after the cardio, best to do it before the cardio workout's you're planning imo
The main reason i want to do it again, or add weeks on is not being able to fully put into the ab ripper, and even though i can feel my stomach aching, i feel it should be aching alot more

I think, from what he says in it, that he doesnt expect you to complete the whole ab ripper at first. Looking at some of the people in Day 0 pics they couldnt possibly be able to complete it!!
I think I'll move it and see how it goes, aye before cardio sounds a bit of a better idea actually!

Yeah i think it is, a while ago i read that you should do cardio and things like that after weights etc, and i class the ab ripper as more of a weights thing than cardio if you get me

Just finished Day 12.
That was harder than last week. Not sure if its because Ive got a bit of a cold, or if its because I upped the weights on some of the exercises but was much harder. Feel fucked right now

Only thing with them bike stands is you cant add resistance can you?
I find running/biking really really hard, i have tight quads, and i just get massive cramping pains almost instantly. I think im gonna get some foam rollers. Has anyone used them?

Yeah it uses magnets to add resistance to the metal roller the tyre touches, so can make it harder/easier if needed.
