Faffing about with scrappers and selling bits on the internet has made roughly twice what the member donations did since the call went out so it's all relative, and it all gets ploughed back in one way or another.
It's more to do with the weather at the moment, there's still a lot of work to do externally and underneath so it's not ideal at the moment.
We've sourced the bits to do the leak repair and pressure test and I'll be crawling about underneath at some point soon.
Don't worry about the money, I've got more tied up in this than all of my other cars put together, and I own a few. So yeah, it's not forgotten.

i think you have done pretty damn well considering what you've got done in less than a year.

Batteries bought and installed today, fired up first time after the cold spell.
Needs a clean outside then we're back on metal work at some point.

No money therefore no idea. Just doing what I can. Going to realise a bit of money stripping that third Puma and fixing up the Vectra so that can go towards it when those jobs are done.

Essentials -
Airbox is £180 new because I've given up looking for used ones.
Needs another sheet of alu for outside, £40
White faced ply for inside, £20 ish I think although not sure how many sheets we need.
Upholsterer needs another £300 ish.
Flooring, £200?
Porch frame, metal is bought, needs alu welding which we can't do, £40ph about two hours labour from memory. That then needs sheeting with GRP or similar.
Then paint I'm thinking about £1000-odd but no quotes yet.
Mattresses, bedding, £100?
Desirables -
Outside lights probably £100 all in.
Screen for the reversing cam, £50ish
Might do a service as well, £50? Also ideally needs an OSR ABS sensor as I think that one is damaged.
Handle for the steps.
Docking lights for the side so it can be manoeuvred in the dark. Few other luxuries I'll probably think of when the must-have list is exhausted.

Got the space but it's in use fairly constantly.
Plus materials would cost money and I don't want to bodge it.
Would rather invest in the outside with a view to influencing the value of the finished thing so we can sell it and build a bigger one.
